Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Active Quests account and the data linked to it.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and account details
- Your activity history and quest progress
- Your personal data stored in our systems
Before you ask
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Some information may be retained where required by law.
- Requests are typically processed within 30 days.
