Brindle Creek Walking Track (~4.18 km one way) in Border Ranges National Park — follows Brindle Creek through unspoilt World Heritage rainforest from the NPWS trackhead towards Antarctic Beech picnic area, past the Helmholtzia loop turn-off, huge hoop pines, mossy Antarctic beech trees and the cascades of Evans Falls and Selva Falls. The quest line follows the mapped track (about 4 km of NPWS's 6 km one-way walk); walk back the same way or arrange a car shuffle. Please wipe off sunscreen before swimming to protect the frogs. Park entry fees apply; check NPWS alerts before you go. Remote area with little or no phone coverage: tell someone your plans, carry plenty of water and a map.
