Red Tulip Oak Walk (~0.83 km circuit) in Malanda Falls Conservation Park — a short rainforest walk from Malanda Falls, where the North Johnstone River spills over a basalt ledge beside the heritage-listed swimming pool, through a remnant of tall Atherton Tableland rainforest with giant red tulip oaks and strangler figs. Look out for tree-kangaroos, platypus in the river and rainforest birds. Some roots and uneven ground; stay on the track. Check in at GPS points to earn ACTIVE Coins.
